Prof. Dr. Ghanashyam Biswas is a highly respected medical oncologist with over two decades of experience in treating complex cancers, including leukemia, lymphomas and ovarian malignancies, etc. A European Certified Medical Oncologist and alumnus of Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, he is recognized as one of the leading voices in oncology in Eastern India.
As Executive Director Dr. Biswas plays a key role in advancing Sparsh’s cancer care services, introducing new therapies, mentoring medical teams, and promoting cancer awareness across the state. He has received several honors, including the Abdul Kalam Award and Best Oncologist of the Year by Times Health Icons.
He is an active member of ASCO, ICON, and API, and continues to drive initiatives in affordable treatment, clinical education, and patient-focused care.
CA. B. Nayak (Director Finance)
For over two decades, CA Bidhu Bhusan Nayak has exemplified the philosophy of responsible leadership and visionary financial stewardship as the Director – Finance of Sparsh Healthcare. With deep expertise in cost accountancy and strategic governance, he has guided the financial architecture of the institution, ensuring that every investment reinforces the hospital’s mission of accessible, ethical, and patient-first care.
Under his stewardship, Sparsh has built a robust and transparent financial ecosystem one that has enabled the expansion of hospitals, the establishment of a nursing college, the growth of pharmacy and clinic networks, and the integration of advanced healthcare technologies.
