Dr. Ghanashyanm Biswas
(Executive Director & Senior Consultant – Medical Oncology)

Prof. Dr. Ghanashyam Biswas is a highly respected medical oncologist with over two decades of experience in treating complex cancers, including leukemia, lymphomas, and ovarian malignancies. A European Certified Medical Oncologist and alumnus of Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, he is recognized as one of the leading voices in oncology in Eastern India.
As Executive Director, Dr. Biswas plays a key role in advancing Sparsh’s cancer care services, introducing new therapies, mentoring medical teams, and promoting cancer awareness across the state. He has received several honors, including the Abdul Kalam Award and Best Oncologist of the Year by Times Health Icons.
He is an active member of ASCO, ICON, and API and continues to drive initiatives in affordable treatment, clinical education, and patient-focused care.

For over two decades, CA Bidhu Bhusan Nayak has been the financial steward of Sparsh Health Care, an institution that has been delivering quality health care for the past 18 years. As Finance Director, he combines precision, strategic foresight, and ethical leadership to ensure the organization’s financial stability while enabling its mission of compassionate, accessible care.
With a career in the field of cost accountancy marked by diligence and innovation, he has overseen budgeting processes, resource allocation, and financial planning strategies that have empowered Sparsh Health Care to expand services, invest in state-of-the-art facilities, and sustain outreach to underserved communities. Under his guidance, the finance department has become a model of transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
A strong believer that sound financial management is the backbone of sustainable healthcare, he has implemented robust internal controls, optimized revenue streams, and championed cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Beyond numbers, he plays a key advisory role in executive decision-making, ensuring every financial choice supports the organization’s long-term vision and patient-centered values.
